Simple Seaweed Wrap
  1. Cut the carrot into thin long slices.
  2. Cut the cucumber the same way.
  3. Arrange the carrot and the cucumber alongside on a seaweed wrap and then sprinkle a little bit of mushroom powder on them.
  4. Put the ginger slices right onto it, optional.
  5. Put a little rice that are leftover from yesterday because leftover rice is better since it’s cold.
  6. Put a little water in it and then roll it as nice as possible.
  7. Spray a little bit of water on top of the edge so it’s going to stick together nicely.

  9. Sprinkle some mushroom powder on it and put some coriander on it.
  10. Put a little rice on it and roll it back.
  11. Cut the roll into bite size and place it on a plate gently.
  12. Cut it slowly and saw-like manner, back and forth, so that it will look nice.

  14. Add in some soy sauce on directly on the mustard.
  15. Put some ketchup also if you like.
