The ingredients for 6 filling:
6 Hungarian paprikas (to fill)
1 medium onion, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil (to fry onion)
2 tablespoons olive oil (to cook paprikas)
1 teaspoon sea salt
500 grams dehydrated soy protein granules
250 mililiters filtered water (to cook rice)
1 liter filtered water (to cook soy protein)
250 mililiters filtered water (to steam paprika)
1 teaspoon seasoning powder
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 kilogram jasmine rice
1½ tablespoons wheat starch
2 tablespoons oat flakes
1 tablespoon cornflour or oat flakes flour
1 teaspoon grounded sweet paprika
1 teaspoon grounded black pepper
1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped
1 pressed garlic clove (optional)

For the sauce:
1 liter plain tomato juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
4 tablespoons brown cane sugar
Paprika chili to taste
1 onion
1 bunch of celery leaves
2 bay leaves
50 mililiters olive oil
4 heaping tablespoons
plain flour
1 teaspoon ground sweet red paprika
150 mililiters filtered
cold water

Ingredients for the garnish:
800 grams potatoes, peeled
1 liter filtered water
1 teaspoon sea salt
