2-3 Tbsp olive oil/sunflower oil/
corn oil
salt
2- Tbsp Maggi/soy sauce
mushroom seasoning (other powder seasonings)
2 Tbsp apple juice
Black pepper
Peppered Veggie Meat With Sweet Potatoes
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 package peppered vegetarian meat (veggie ham, veggie beef)
Red onions
2 medium size purple, red
or white sweet potatoes
2cooking spoons of juice (apple)
or raw sugar/refined sugar
Mushroom seasoning/
veggie powder seasoning/veggie cube
½ cooking spoon of Maggi
½ cooking spoon of thick soy sauce/
soy paste/vegetarian stir fry sauce
2 cooking spoon of water
Coriander

Stir Fried Potatoes
  1. Heat up about 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Add in the onions.
  3. Add in the potatoes.
  4. Stir it again and again.
  5. Add in a little bit of water to help it cook quicker.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare a simple salad with just some cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Just wash the vegetables, soak in salty water and slice them and put them together.
  8. When the potatoes cook already, throw in the leeks.
  9. Add in some salt, a little Maggi or soy sauce, some mushroom seasoning.
  10. Add in 2 cooking spoons of apple juice.
  11. Stir all up and let it simmer.
  12. Add some black pepper for optional preference.
  13. Stir and ready to be served.
Peppered Veggie Meat with Sweet Potatoes
  1. Put a little oil in the wok.
  2. When the oil is hot, add in a little bit of red onions, fry a little bit.
  3. Add in the sweet potatoes. Stir.
  4. Fry until they get golden brown and keep stiring so it doesn’t burn on one side only.
  5. Fry for about 5 minutes and then add in the peppered veggie meat.
  6. Add in a little bit of apple juice to let it soak in a little bit so it tastes nicer.
  7. Add in a little of mushroom seasoning, and let it simmer for a while.
  8. Add in half a cooking spoon of Maggi.
  9. Stir and let it cook for a while.
  10. Put it on a dish and garnish with a little coriander.
  11. Serve it with some rice and pour this on top.
