(For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available)Cameroonian Fried Gari & Tomato Sauce Cassava gari Tomatoes Tofu Onion Leek Garlic Parsley Salt Water OilSavory Fufu & Okra Gravy Fufu flour  Tomato Okra Tofu Onion Garlic Njansang Chili pepper Salt Water  OilDirections (to  make fried gari): Directions (to  make tomato sauce):Start  our cooking by putting a bit of water in the bowl of gariMix  wellPour  oil in  the cooking panAdd  gariStir  itAdd  some salt and mix againThe  gari will be ready in 10 minutesPour  the tomato sauce on top of the gari and decorate it with parsleyReady  to serve
 Directions (to  make okra gravy):Chop  our tomatoes quite finely to prepare our sauceTurn  on the stoveAdd  a bit of oil to the cooking panWait  for the oil to heat upAdd  some onion and some salt then stir itAdd  some garlic and tomatoesWait  for 5 minutes so that tomato is cookedAdd  leeks and tofu then wait for 10 minutesThe  sauce is ready then pour it in the bowl
 Directions (to  make fufu):Chop  the tomato, then place it in a blender with a bit of onion, njansang, and pepper,Blend  themGet  some oil and place it on the stoveStir-fry  all of these then add some saltStir  repeatedly, so that it does not burnCook  for 10 minutesAdd  tofu (dry tofu, smoked tofu) to tomato sauceUsing  your hand, mix the okra and salt together with a bit of waterPut  the mixed okra in to the sauceAdd a bit of water then mix  wellCover the pot
 Boiled  some waterAdd  fufu into the boiled water(from cassava flour)Stir  it so that it should not form lump, well cooked and good for eatingFufu  ready to servePut  some fufu into the platePour  some okra gravyReady  to serve
