Rice Noodle and tofu snack.
    Ingredients  :
  Rice Noodle
  Tofu
  Lecttuce
  Tomatoes
  Cariander
  Spring Onion
  Ground pepper
  Maggy 
  Cooking  directions : 
  - Put  Rice Noodle into boilling water for about 5 minutes, they become soft..
- Slice the tofu into thinner  pieces.
- Put in a little lettuce and stir it  around.
- Put the tofu in there and warm up.
- Toss the noodle, so all the water comes out.
- Place the noodle in the dish and  put the tofu all on the plate.
- Put a little chilli sauce, a few  dashes of pepper, black pepper, grey pepper or white pepper and a few drops of  Maggy.
