INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of organic flour
- 1 Tbsp of natural sugar
- 2 Tbsp of baking powder 
- 1/8 tsp of sea salt 
- 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil 
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries 
- 1 very ripe banana 
- 1 cup soy milk
To top the pancakes we’ll be using soy butter and maple syrup. Use any fruits in season: Apples, pears, cranberries.
