A recent study found that eating less meat, salt and sugary drinks along with consuming more fruits, vegetables and whole grains can reduce the risk of kidney stones.

A combined team of US researchers analyzed data from over 250,000 people and found that this combination could lower their risk of kidney stones by 45%. Thank you scientists for this study reaffirming the health benefits
of plant-based fare.
