(For all ingredients,please use organic versions if available) 5 bunches parsley 100 grams fresh mint ½ kilograms tomatoes 2 white onions 1 teaspoon salt ¼ cup fine bulgur wheat Spices 4 lemon slices ½ cup olive oil Lettuce (decoration)  Green mint (decoration)  
   - Wash parsley and mint several times before use. 
 - Cut the tomato into small pieces only 15 minutes before using       in order to maintain their shape. Parley can be cut an hour beforehand.
 - Add in parsley, mint, tomatoes, and bulger wheat in a bowl.
 - Add in olive oil, white onion, and salt.
 - Sprinkle some spices and 4 slices of squeezed lemon (optional).
 - Mix all the ingredients until they all blended together.
 - Let it marinade for a while.
 - Put the tabblouleh in a dish for decoratin.
 - Decorate with lettuce, green mint stem, some slices of lemon,       and some left over tomatoes.
 - Ready to be served.
