During a symposium in St. Petersburg, Russia on the search for life on planets outside of Earth, Dr. Andrey Finkelstein, Director of Practical Astronomy Institute, said, “The creation of life is as irrevocable as the creation of atoms, as there are fundamental laws which are the same for the whole universe.”

Methods such as sending radio signals from Earth were suggested as a means of making contact with the people from other planets.
