Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association relief news update from Mexico.
For the first weeks of September, incessant downpours swept through central Mexico, triggering floods that took two lives and forced the evacuation of 1,500 people.

Subsequent mudslides also caused three fatalities and damaged or destroyed several homes.
On September 9, Supreme Master Ching Hai sent her heartfelt sorrow and prayers, asking that our native Association members go help the most vulnerable, saying that funds are available as needed.

Per Supreme Master Ching Hai’s request for updates, the following is a report from our Mexican Association members.

Most merciful Master,
Re: Flood in Central Mexico On September 12, the constantly heavy rains falling since September 1 in central Mexico caused three people to lose their lives and triggered landslides in the District of Magdalena Contreras.
Most of the houses were completely destroyed and covered with mud.

At least 54 families are at risk and need to be evacuated, while more than 60 families need assistance with rebuilding. We will try our best to send help.
Thank you so much, Master, for your love.
