Members of Alcohol Action New Zealand are urging the government toward five key changes in a proposed Alcohol Reform Bill: to end cheap drinks, reduce blood-alcohol limits for driving, ban alcohol ads, make supermarkets alcohol-free and raise the buying age to 20.
