DISH 1: AVOCADO SALAD
1 cup diced Vegan ham
1/3 onion
3-4 small green onions
1 tomato
1 avocado
3-4 sprigs of cilantro

DRESSING
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp vegetarian seasoning
½ tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
3-4 tsp lemon or lime juice (or vinegar)
2 tsp Maggi soy sauce

DISH 2: FIVE SPICES TOFU
1 block of tofu (250g/9oz),
2 Tbsp oil
1-2 sprigs of cilantro (garnish)

SEASONINGS:
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cube preserved bean curd
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vegetarian seasoning
1 stalk lemongrass, minced
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp Five Spices powder
½ tsp chili sauce (Aulacese chili sauce is recommended)
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
Fennel
Black pepper

DISH 3: STIR FRIEDSHANGHAI CABBAGE
1 cup diced vegetarian Vegan ham
7-8 Shanghai cabbage, chopped
3 tsp oil
1 tsp dried green onion or garlic (optional)

SEASONINGS:
2 Tbsp Maggi soy sauce
1 cube spicy
preserved bean curd
1 tsp preserved bean curd sauce
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp vegetarian seasoning
