At a Pacific Climate Change Roundtable held for media members in Samoa, scientist and Professor Patrick Nunn of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), reported that climate change is expected to put the city of Nadi underwater by 2027. Professor Nunn encouraged the media to raise awareness about the problems now faced by coastal regions due to global warming.

We are grateful for your endeavors to inform the media of the potential disasters caused by climate change, Professor Nunn. With Heaven’s grace, may all quickly awaken to the noble duty of stabilizing our shared biosphere.
