  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 white radish
  • 2 carrots
  • ¼ roll of vegetarian ham
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ lb lotus root
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup finely chopped Aulacese coriander (Also known as Thai Puk Peaw, Latin’s name: Polygonum odoratum Lour)
  • ½ cup ground roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp vegetarian seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • and some Aulacese grilled rice-paper
