INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 medium ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 Sticks of Celery
  • 1 Medium sweet Red Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of coriander
  • 2 to 3 leaves of Basil, or ½ a teaspoon of dried Basil
  • ¼ Cup of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp of Tomato Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
Spices:
  • a few sprinkles of black pepper, or 1/2 a tea spoon of cayenne pepper (for those who prefer it hot), (optional) You may add your own spices to taste.
  • 1 Cup of Veggie Meat
  • 2 table spoons of soup base, or vegetarian seasoned salt
