Menurut penelitian Swedia yang diterbitkan di “Stroke: Jurnal Asosiasi Jantung Amerika,” wanita yang mengkonsumsi sejumlah besar makanan kaya-antioksidan seperti buah-buahan, sayuran dan padi-padian utuh, secara signifikan mengurangi resiko mereka terkena stroke.
