Wishing to spare marine mammals the suffering of lives in captivity, the Humane Society International (HSI) asks the Maharashtra state Tourism Ministry in India to halt plans for a dolphinarium on the Konkan coast, suggesting that promotion of the region's cultural and natural beauty instead.
