Bapkochi - Rice Skewer
  - Sticky rice 
 
  - Ground nuts (walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, and cashew nuts)
 
  - Seaweed powder
 
  - Salt
 
  - Black sesame
 
  - Cherry tomato
 
  - Skewers
 
  - Seaweed leaves – shredded
 
  - Oranges – cut in ½ 
 
Ddukbokgi  – Rice Cake with Red Pepper Paste
  - Rice cake
 
  - Oyster mushroom, shreded
 
  - Cabbage, cut into small pieces
 
  - Water
 
  - Soy sauce
 
  - Red pepper paste
 
  - Salt
 
  - Sugar

PREPARATION:
Sandwiches
  - First, spread the ketchup on the bread.
 
  - Put the lettuce on it.
 
  - Next, place on one slice of ham
 
  - Then spread the mustard on.
 
  - Then, add the pickles.
 
  - Lastly, place the sliced tomato on top.
 
  - Spread jam on another bread slice and put it on top.
 
  - The sandwich is complete! Ready to serve
 
Bapkochi - Rice Skewer
  - Put sticky rice in a bowl so it’s cool.
 
  - Put walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, and cashew nuts which have       been ground up into the bowl of rice, add salt, black sesame in. Mix well.
 
  - Roll them into balls.
 
Decoration:
  - Skew the rice balls and the  cherry tomato together. Sprinkle on the seaweed powder, then shredded seaweed.
 
  - Place on a plate. Arrange oranges next to them, and serve.
 
Ddukbokgi  – Rice Cake with Red Pepper Paste
  - First, turn on the stove.       Pour in the water.
 
  - Next, add in the soy sauce. red pepper paste, and sugar. Then boil it.
 
  - When it boils, put in the rice cake. Stir well, cook for a little longer so the       rice cake can absorb the seasonings.
 
  - Then add the oyster mushroom, and the cabbage. Add salt to taste.
 
  - Finally, sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
