Vegetarian diet reduces risk of cancer by almost half.

Findings from a recent report published in the British Journal of Cancer revealed that compared to meat eaters, vegetarians were diagnosed with 45 percent fewer cases of cancers involving the blood such as leukemia, and were 12 percent less likely to get cancer overall. Over 61,000 British persons participated in the more than 12-year study conducted by researchers from the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Our earnest thanks, participating United Kingdom and New Zealand researchers for this important information that once again highlights the health benefits of the meat-free diet. May more people quickly adopt a plant-based lifestyle for greater well-being and to safeguard our Earth
