The French aid group Action Against Hunger announced that three of its foreign aid staff were released in Somalia following their detainment since mid-July. The American, Zimbabwean, and Pakistani nationals were flown to Nairobi, Kenya where they were reported to be in good health.

Our hearts are gladdened to know of the relief workers’ safety. May they find solace and joy in their homecoming reunions as we pray for the protection of all humanitarian personnel as they nobly carry out their duties of assisting those in need.
