(Para todos os ingredientes, por favor, use versões orgânica se disponíveis) 
Soja Acebolada com Legumes 100g soja picada 2 cebolas médias 1 pimentão vermelho médio 1 brócolis hidropônico ½ xícara de azeite de oliva 1/3 xícara de shoyu  1/3 xícara de óleo de gergelim torrado ½ xícara de amendoim  sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto 
Tagliarini ao Molho de Alcaparra e Champignon  500g tagliarini grano duro  200g champignon  100g de alcaparra  ½ xícara de azeite de oliva  1 cebola média  4 dentes de alho  200g de creme de soja
  Soy Protein and Vegetable Sauté 
- Peel and cut the onion into half, and then cut it in half moon shape.
 - Cut the bell peppers into strips.
 - Cut the broccoli into half.
 - Boil some water, add a generous dash of salt and throw in the broccoli only when the water is very hot. Let the broccoli boiled for 1.5 minutes.
 - Take out the broccoli, drain the water, and put it in the cold water. This way will preserve the flavor and the color.
 - Hydrate the soy protein and drain out maximum amount of water as much as possible.
 - Heat up a pan, and when it’s very hot add in the olive oil and soon add the onion.
 - Let the onion browned, and then add a little toasted sesame oil, half only.
 - Add in the bell pepper, and then the soy, the soy sauce to season the soy protein.
 - Next, put in a dash of salt, remembering that there is already the soy sauce.
 - Lastly, add in the broccoli, a little bit more of the other half of the toasted sesame oil.
 - Before the broccoli dries up, turn off the heat and add in the peanuts.
 - Place the vegetable sauté on a plate, and put it aside.
  Pasta with Caper Sauce and Button Mushrooms
- Cut the onion into stripes and then into cubes.
 - Cut the button mushroom into half, dice finely some of it, but also let’s leave part of it whole so that when eating it, we can feel the texture.
 - To make use of the vitamins, cook the pasta with the broccoli water.
 - To cook the button mushroom and capers sauce for the tagliarini pasta: pre heat the pan until it is very hot.
 - Add the olive oil, and onion.
 - Let it caramelize.
 - Add the garlic and the button mushrooms.
 - Add in the capers and black pepper.
 - Add a little bit more salt, and the soy cream.
 - Turn off the heat and let it finish frying by the heat of the pan.
 - To decorate the dish, use a mould to make cookies. Set it in the center of the plate.
 - Take the pasta, wrap it around it, adjust it so that it becomes a square like if it were a pit inside so that the nest is squared.
 - Put the filling of button mushrooms with capers in the nest.
 - Take out the mould and add the soy with the vegetables around it.
 - Put some sesame on top of the button mushroom for decoration.
 - Ready to be served.
