A recent study in the medical journal Lancet has shown that alcohol consumption is the main cause of death for more than 50 per cent of Russians since 1991.

Concerned for the public's health, Russia’s President Dmitry Medvedev has proposed a plan that would restrict the size of beer cans or bottles to contain no more than one-third of a liter.

Our accolades Your Excellency, for your wise governance and dedicated efforts to protect the well-being of fellow citizens. May such exemplary leadership inspire other nations toward similar efforts to ensure the vitality of brethren throughout the world.
