Tofu, firm or medium
1-2 Tbsp sunflower oil (or other cooking oil)
Salt Vegetarian bouillon
Soya sauce or Maggi
Mushroom seasoning
Coriander
Ground sesame
Black pepper (optional)
Tomato (for garnishing)
