CHINESE/AULACESE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS:

Cooked rice
Tofu and/or vegan ham
Red bell pepper
Soya sprouts
Celery
½ zucchini (Optional: cucumber, beans, cabbage or other vegetables)
Leeks (poireaux)
Coriander
Olive oil
(or any other cooking oil)
Black pepper
1-2 Tbsp soy sauce
Pinch of sugar
Mushroom seasoning

Directions: (preparing)
  1. Dice a piece of tofu into small cube
  2. Dice some vegan ham into small cube
  3. Chop any vegetable into small
  4. Cut ½ zucchini into small cubes
  5. Slice poireaux (leeks) into thin pieces
Directions: (fry the fried rice)

  1. Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. When it’s heated, put the poireaux (leeks) (is in place of onion)
  3. Add cooked rice, frying for a while about 10 or 15 minutes
  4. Put it in a bowl or on a plate
Directions: (fry the vegetable)
  1. Add about 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. Put the ham and the tofu in to fry (Fry it until it’s a little golden)
  3. Put in all the vegetables, first the harder one like the zucchini
  4. Add a piece of bell red pepper
  5. Add the celery and stir it
  6. Put a little bit of black pepper
  7. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons the soy sauce
  8. Add a pinch of sugar
  9. Add a little bit mushroom seasoning
  10. Put the pepper, and the soya sprouts
  11. Add half of the coriander
  12. Stir it all up
  13. Add the fried rice
  14. Chinese or Vietnamese fried rice ready to serve
