Pie Crust:
  • 2 cups multipurpose flour
  • 2/3 cup vegetable fat
  • Small amount of salt to enhance the flavour
  • 6 tbsp very cold water
  • 3 cups cooked and mashed pumpkin.
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • ½ cup Soya milk
Small amount of salt to increase the flavour and some other ground spices such as:
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Clove
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 4 tbsp corn starch
  • Maple sugar
  • 1 cup non-dairy soft cream
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
