INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice
  • Dried chilies, soaked in water
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning
  • Kaffir lime leaves, slivered
  • Flour (rice flour, wheat flour, baking powder)
  • Water
  • 1 gram coriander, chopped
  • Ginger, slivered
  • Fried chilies
  • 2 tablepoons peanuts, roasted
  • Limes
  • Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Konjac, scalded in hot water
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 2 pieces of galangal
