  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 fresh parsley bunch
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup tahini (sesame sauce)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
This dish can be eaten with pita bread or corn chips.
