50 ounces tofu
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green onion
Tomato
Fresh herbs (basil, mint, sage, rosemary)
2 – 3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
¾ tablespoon sweet dill pickles
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
Salt
Black pepper
Serve with bread, salad greens, or in a wrap
